feat: get all text if none is selected?

First off: Thank you very much for this modern RUST/node based library - very impressive!

I'm wondering whether it would also be possible to have a flag that allows retrieval of the whole text body if none is selected?
If I understand right, the current approach works by simulating the CMD/CTRL & V key combo.

Would it then be possible, if there is no selection, to first trigger CMD/CTRL & A before doing the actual copying?

E.g.:

getSelectionTextOrAll()
