Add VisiumV1 support #2

Hi,

thanks for this package, this seems to be the most advanced solution out there for actually exporting spatial transcriptomics data from Seurat and use it with scanpy. However, currently only VisiumV2 classes seem supported, e.g., since the code relies on @boundaries which is only defined in V2 with similar but differently structured information included in @coordinates of VisiumV1.

When manually fixing this in a fork to work with VisiumV1 I also saw that only a single image was contained in the resulting H5 file. I don't know if that's by design or due to my hotfix, but if it's by design I think this package could benefit from multi-image support.

Again, thanks for the great work, this really looks promising with SeuratDisk and others having been abandoned and it would be great to see easySCF expand to more use cases.

Best,
Malte
