Running different datasets #3

Hello,
I'm trying to use ProXML algorithm over smaller datasets such as Bibtex and Delicious, downloaded from "The Extreme Classification Repository" (http://manikvarma.org/downloads/XC/XMLRepository.html). However, in all cases, I got scores equal to zero. I also tried to run Eurlex by downloading it from the repository and following the recommending steps but the results were much inferior to those in the paper.
Could you help me resolve the issue?
