Request: a CODEOWNERS file distinguishing the frozen/high-stakes paths (faircode/ core, CLAUDE.md, paper/, any audit.yaml) from lower-stakes ones (explainers/, website assets), routing review appropriately instead of relying on every PR getting manually noticed.
