Allow to run scripts from script

As a user, I would like to run, schedule or stop a script from another script execution

Use case:
Having a scheduled script to shutdown the computer at X hour, and having another one-off script to shutdown the computer in half an hour, I would like to run the one-off script, disable the scheduled script, execute the one-off script itself, and enable the scheduled script again.
