To add linting check in the Github Actions CI. Use the golangci-lint for the linting flow.

Hi! This could be a good addition. My request is that we keep rules that help catch mistakes and keep the code correct.

I'm not too interested in rules about the aesthetics of the code, or line width.

Ohk so no linting or we should add some skips (like staticcheck, govet, etc)?

Linting is generally fine! Just prefer static analysis over formatting related rules :)
