Register User Accounts

DoD:
- Users can register accounts with us using their First Name, Last Name, Email and Password.

Tasks:
- Implement a "Registration" form
- Create a User object and a UserProfile object linked to each User
- Each UserProfile has the fields: Interest, Intent, Gender, Major, GPA?
