Traced methods not reporting

Hi

I am trying to do method traces and I am not seeing any Tracer metrics being reported to NewRelic. I see that the tracer is instantiated ok and it has a start time for the trace, but the end trace seems to not report anything back. Does the Poll Interval matter in this case? I'm trying to figure out ideas on what to do to troubleshoot, thanks.

You will need to override AgentGUID and set your own GUID, this will then create a new plugin in the NewRelic Plugins section. When you then open up this new custom plugin you will be able to create a dashboard chart that includes this data.

You will also need to add the HTTP and other dashboard functionality from scratch.

No need to do that. I was able to just create a custom dashboard and add my trace metrics to it. Then you still get all the normal functionality in Gorelic in the Plugins section and your trace metrics on your custom dashboard.
