Select to show navbar on specific app, continuously flashes

Describe the bug
I select to show navbar on app Oruxmaps, but if i select it, when i open Oruxmap the navbar appear and disappear like flash

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
