I built oh-my-zcode-slim, a lean multi-agent orchestration suite for ZCode: 9 native subagents (explorer, oracle, librarian, fixer, designer, observer, council + two councillor seats) plus an orchestrator skill. Pure markdown, zero compiled code.

The main agent loads omzs-dispatch and becomes an orchestrator: it plans work into lanes, routes each lane to a specialist subagent via ZCode native Agent tool, then reconciles outputs into one report. It also ships omzs-deepwork for phased high-risk changes, and omzs self-test to verify all 9 roles are wired up.

Install directly as a ZCode plugin marketplace:

Settings → Plugins → Create → Add marketplace → East5RingRoad-kyle/oh-my-zcode-slim

Or classic clone + install:
