Create working examples in Codepen

It would be really useful to have working examples in Codepen (or something similar), to allow users to play around with the different components without having to set it up locally.

I think this is what we need to get the examples working:

• Make sure all of our own dependencies are publishes to CDN JS (or similar)
• Open a Codepen account for Zambezi
• Create examples, anonymous examples should be ok
