Add BSC Zap price data

Description

The BSC ZAP pairs being traded on pancakeswap currently isn't being tracked by any API service and is also not available on any Centralised Exchange.

We can however provide this data to the oracles via pancake swap using the constant product formula.

Definition of Done

• These price pairs should be able to be accessed using the local data server through the appropriate endpoints.
• The Pythia client should be able to provide this data once each instance has successfully booted up and started mining.
• The Pythia client should be able to respond to a data request, and successfully set the BSC ZAP prices on blockchain.
