Support for editing of Store Preview Privacy & Compliance sections of an Alexa Skill Distribution Tab

This should be done by adding new fields in our existing Amazon Alexa Configuration view. Separate the  Store Preview and Privacy & Compliance in accordions to make it easier to see. Also make sure to validate images before they are even uploaded.
