Startupchain UI: Company creation process debugging

the company was succesfully createad on the ens, safe and startupchain contracts but it seems the app sent a sencond tx to the startupchain contract. someone else had the same issue days before

1. ENS domain and Safe multisig for companies in starztupchain contracts correctly created
2. UI have issues processing correctly user signatures
