I'm new to this so bare with me.

I succesfully upload the hex/or upload from arduino file to the minimosd. When I want to upload the charset from the minimosd ct I get this error : "error entering font mode - No Data".

Can you please explain how to get your firmware working ?

I implemented your code in minimosd-extra and it works. It needs tweaking but is a start to get this implemented in the minimosd-extra by default.
