QA mode for quiz

We noticed that quality assurance for quizquestions is difficult (via the frontend) since the questions are in random order and the question id is not displayed (to avoid cheating).

Can you think of a way to smuggle a "secret" setting into production which makes quizquestions directly accessible?

It does not need to be absolutely safe, but just obscure enough to not make it obvious to the common user?

If the id of the question should not be (easily) visible to the user trying to solve the question it could for example be:

• hidden in the html template so that it can only be found when inspecting via the browser dev tools, e.g.:
  <p [data]="question.text" markdown id="question-{{ question.id }}"></p>
• only displayed in the results overview ("Selbsttest-Auswertung")

But I'm also wondering: Is cheating really an issue (since the quiz is not graded) ? And how would cheating look like, and how does it relate to identifying a quiz question by id ? Maybe there's something I don't understand.
