[Question] Is there any tutorial about muscle simulation?

Thank you for your amazing works! I see there is a GIF about biological simulation, but I cannot find any tutorial about it. I searched some key words like biological or muscle on https://doc.zenustech.com, but nothing is returned. Did I run into a wrong way?
