Subject: [PATCH 1/2] chore: exclude build and native dirs from analyzer

Add analyzer.exclude for build/**, android/** and ios/** to the root and example analysis options so generated build output and platform folders are skipped by flutter analyze. Speeds up local and CI analysis and keeps results focused on hand-written Dart.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] chore: refresh example lockfile

Bump transitive dev/test dependencies in the example app: matcher 0.12.19 -> 0.12.20, meta 1.17.0 -> 1.19.0, test_api 0.7.10 -> 0.7.12, vector_math 2.2.0 -> 2.4.3. No source changes; keeps flutter analyze/test in CI reproducible.
