I’ve been a long-time customer and use only your service. Today, out of the blue, an error regarding the extension popped up when I launched the sites. I toggled it off and on, and the error went away, but the proxy stopped working completely—it looks like it’s running, but it actually isn't. What should I do? Should I buy a new proxy?
