Likely because POST https://store.steampowered.com/explore/generatenewdiscoveryqueue is returning 500 errors.

Either keep pressing the "Run" button, or refresh the page.

I'm having issues with not getting past "Queue Status: Waiting..." at the moment. It was working fine earlier and I got through several hundred skipped titles, kept getting hung up between 1-<20 queues; in those instances I just kept doing as nathan78906 suggested and hitting run. Now when I hit run it never gets past the first que.
