[BUG] Inline Blame does not work in remote workspace

Describe the bug
When using Remote Development, GitToolbox (installed on the Host) does not display inline blame.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a remote development session
2. look at any code line

Expected behavior
Inline Blame should work as in a local workspace

Hi, this is platform limitation, but I'm investigating options to make it work. In the meantime there is an option to use blame component in statusbar, but I must confess it is not so useful as inline blame.
