Real MA + Agora runs: prompt, artifact, browser proof

MA is now available as MIT-licensed source and portable v0.2.0-alpha.1 builds.

For this project, a polished terminal screenshot is not enough evidence. We published two small, reproducible MA + Agora runs that keep the whole chain together:

• Terminal status: MA calls fs__write_file, reads the artifact back, and a shell assertion confirms it exists.
• Reaction-time game: MA generates a browser game, then Playwright starts a round, waits for the live go state, clicks it, and requires a millisecond result plus Play Again.

The prompt, generated artifact, recording, and verifier are public:

These are deliberately not speed benchmarks. The initial local reaction-game run took roughly two minutes before its first filesystem action; that timing is disclosed in the demo rather than marketed away.

2. The expected artifact or verification condition.
3. Model/runtime/hardware details.
4. The failure mode you want an agent runtime to catch.

Please do not include secrets or private source code.
