Add indication about absolute paths requirement for run_metabinner.sh

Hi,
I would strongly suggest adding as part of the README that all paths in the run_metabinner.sh options should be absolute and not relative as I was very confused about it for quite some time. Allowing relative paths could be also very useful!

Thank you for the reminder. I have now added a note in the README regarding the usage of absolute paths instead of relative paths in the options of run_metabinner.sh. Sorry for overlooking this information earlier.
