Multiple errors while running MetaBinner on the tests data provided in this Github page

Hi,
I ran MetaBinner on the provided test dataset from the GitHub page, but the pipeline encountered multiple issues. It generated errors in various scripts throughout the process. I applied the changes you mentioned in previous issues, which helped generate some output files and directories, but errors still persist. The log files attached detail these issues.
