Hi. Looks like the callsets hosted on 1000 genomes webiste were updated recently (3/16/21). They're all v5b (updated from v5a). The v5a file are available from ucsc here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/hg19/1000Genomes/phase3/
The files are different sizes, so there are tangible differences.
I don't know if this affects downstream work, but the worked examples will all fail because the arguments are incorrect.
