Implementation simple checkbox

Hi!

I am trying to embed a basic checkbox element as explained in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/documentformat.openxml.wordprocessing.checkbox?view=openxml-2.8.1

I cannot get it work, any idea how to embed a simple checkbox?
