HTTP error response

Currently, the exit node is sending the request and returning the response. What if the URL provided is invalid? The init peer does not receive a response. Send back error response that the URL was unreachable.

While creating the circuit, while extending it, if error occurs on some middle node, nothing is being done. I need to make a mechanism that will return some error response, and the impacted circuit will be marked as failed, and can be reocnstructed again.
