非 owner 用户能看到与 owner 一致的"接口模式"选项

非 owner 用户看不到"接口模式"，该选项整块消失

复现步骤

1. Admin（模型 owner）配置了 personal OpenAI connections，创建并共享了一个图片模型
2. 非 owner 用户访问该共享模型
3. 进入图片生成参数面板

Logs & Screenshots

当图片模型通过共享方式提供给非 owner 用户使用时，这些用户在图片生成参数面板中看不到"接口模式"（Image Route Mode）选项。根因是图片能力探测接口没有像聊天请求链路一样复用模型 owner 的连接上下文。
