There are many elements in obsidian that are built-in and have a very explicit behaviour when indented, i.e. the rendered block gets indented. I will attach an example using a Callout below:

While the current version of the progressbar shows the following behaviour

Rendered (PROBLEM: No indentation is displayed when used with a bullet point or a numbered list or any similar markup element):
Source 2:
Rendered (PROBLEM: If not used just next to a bulleted or numbered list then the progressbar does not render at all):
