Custom date progress bar shows empty?

Thank you for making this plugin, it seems to be exactly what I need.

For some reason, when using the day-custom, the progress bar is not being filled. Though things work with day-year, day-month etc. The following:

kind: day-custom
name: Q1 2025
min: 2025-01-01
max: 2025-03-31

Renders to:

Even though it's currently January 14th, 2025, so the progress bar should be more filled.

Any ideas of what may be going wrong here?

Hi! I just opened PR #29 to fix the day-custom progress bar not filling when using custom date ranges. The issue was a parsing bug where the current date wasn't being computed correctly for custom date periods. This should resolve the empty progress bar you're seeing — thanks for the clear example and reproduction steps! Let me know if you'd like any adjustments.
