Cannot establish VPN (java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot create interface)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turning on or activating  Drony

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No VPN connection 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Drony 1.2.67 on Android OS 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Google Play and UC Browser works. None other than the two are working.
