I am guessing there is probably no support for international grammar even for a set of 4 to 5k words in say arabic or german ?

@warsamebashir AFAIK, Julius will allow any grammar, so long as you provide it. Julius is originally a Japanese tool, so I can only imagine it can be bent to your needs.

The README has instructions for plugging in alternate grammars - you'll just need to find an appropriately licensed and built out vocabulary and grammar to use.
