im no coder, so i dont know what exactly the issue is, but ive tried locating the oak hammock forest and its not within 10 thousand blocks of me, which either it doesnt spanw or its INSANELY rare. also, ive searched far and wide, every single forest, for a SINGLE ivy block, and i did not find any, i even downloaded a mod to see the nearby blocks and i did not find a SINGLE ivy in most of the forests i went to. i just want ivy man. also, the github repository doesnt have the 1.21.1 versions
