I believe that for the migrations to work you need to create a new file, with a new date/timestamp/seq number in file name, to be executed after the existing ones, this is how migration engines usually work.
Also missing the creation of the indexes

Changes in schema ( int to BIGINT ) on some parameters to avoid incompatibilities .
