Described all fields, method and functions to require std::random_access_iterator
1. Some tests have been rewritten according to new for me asserts in google tests. 2. Naming mistake with CircualrBufferTraits -> CircularBufferBase 3. Instead of using private inheritance to avoid allocation of empty structure use [[no_unique_address]] fields. 4. bug fix with insert method 5. reserve_if_full method has been added. 6. Initializer lists have been rewritten according to google code style 7. All constructors in CircularBufferBase have been moved to protected section to protected section to prevent construction of it
