Possibility to ignore readme.md

I will occassionally bump a tested against version in both readme.txt and readme.MD and the deploy fails since readme.MD is not in the .org repo. Is there any suggestion on how to ignore that? Like with a .distignore or something?

I would like to use this only for the assets, not the readme.txt file, which I only want to update when I run https://github.com/10up/action-wordpress-plugin-deploy
