Title restored. This merged pull request was renamed after it merged, by automation, and the new title named a commit it does not contain.

The consumer sync in 1132-Fixer/design-system tested for an existing pull request with gh pr view <branch>, which also matches a closed or merged pull request on the same branch. Every later sync therefore edited this merged record instead of opening a new one. It was renamed three times, on 2026-09-04, 2026-09-05 and 2026-09-11.

The correct text is the same sentence with 7f3ddaf402f1456b10911264886719de62776b83, but GitHub does not expose pull-request body edit history through its API, so the original wording cannot be proven the way the title can. Guessing it would repeat the original mistake in the other direction.

Fixed in 1132-Fixer/design-system#6, which matches only open pull requests. Proven by the next sync run, 34624440090: it created four new pull requests and edited no merged one.
