I made some further simplification to make the editing process easier.
The page 2 header can now be selected as a group and copied to all remaining pages.
The Page title shows through the clear background of the header template.
The North indicator is good for all colour of maps.
I removed the border and unnecessary classification duplications so that pictures can be easily embedded.
I use the in Powerpoint "crop option" to size the image and make it further editable. I also use some of the picture format options to tweak the picture to look a little more realistic... or maybe less so.
This is in a separate branch at the moment just so people agree first.
