Build CueGrove website and Early Access workflow

What

• Add a bilingual CueGrove brand landing page featuring PromptDock and the React Bits Plasma hero effect.
• Add a guest Early Access application flow plus CueGrove-styled admin login, review, settings, and email retry views.
• Add an Express/MySQL backend with secure admin auth, review-state rules, SMTP notifications, delivery logs, migrations, tests, and environment templates.
• Add Nginx, PM2, deployment, backup, and same-server coexistence guidance for the existing s-ui setup.

Why

CueGrove needs a standalone showcase site and a manually reviewed PromptDock Early Access workflow with localized approval and rejection emails.

Operational impact

• Uses its own MySQL database, JWT/cookie names, SMTP credentials, Nginx site, and PM2 process.
• Applications can be collected before a download URL is configured; approval remains disabled until that URL is present.
• Production secrets remain server-side and are excluded from Git.
