文章 SSR 正常渲染后的 RSS 曾达到 305–349 MiB，超过原先 PM2 的 300M 上限，触发 API 反复自动重启。将已获用户明确授权且已在线执行的 API RSS 上限同步为 450M，避免后续发布恢复旧设置。
V8 堆上限仍为 256M，worker 上限仍为 300M。仅修改 PM2 配置和部署说明。
验证：配置的语义对比确认只有 API 上限变化；线上执行有配置备份、失败自动回滚、健康检查，并确认实际 PM2 上限为 450M、worker PID 和重启计数不变。当前 API 重载后的 PID 稳定，RSS 274 MiB。
