Breadcrumbs are not clickable

The breadcrumbs navigation at the top of the window is not clickable. macOS 15

For example, in:

Computer > Users > maksim > Library > Developer > CoreSimulator > Devices

I cannot click on any of the previous path elements (Computer, Users, Library, Developer, etc.) to navigate back to that location.

Expected behavior:
Each breadcrumb item should be clickable and navigate to the corresponding directory.

Actual behavior:
The breadcrumb items appear in the path, but clicking them does nothing.
