docs: refresh README community and feature badges

Summary

• condense the hero copy into one low-memory IntelliJ IDEA alternative statement
• move QQ and WeChat community entry points into prominent linked badges
• replace oversized status badges with two compact rows covering product status and core capabilities
• remove the redundant contact QR section and keep the English and Chinese READMEs aligned

Verification

• git diff --check origin/preview...HEAD
• verified the Shields.io badge endpoints return successfully
• confirmed both READMEs contain the same 14 compact feature/status badges
