Measured before committing: `git add --renormalize .` is a zero diff and no tracked blob contains a CR, so this is insurance against a checkout on a machine without core.autocrlf, not a correction.

repo-hygieneskill 的分級清單，先量再加。量下來這個 repo 只有.gitattributes這一項成立，所以本 PR 只有這一個檔案。觸發條件：在 Windows 上開發 —— 成立。
先量的結果：
git add --renormalize .→ 零 diff（除了新增的.gitattributes本身）。純保險，不是修正：防的是未來在沒有
core.autocrlf=true的機器上 clone。沒有任何既有檔案被重新正規化。同一輪量出來、但這個 PR 刻意不做的
ci.yml的 backend job 只有pytest -q，frontend job 有tsc --noEmit+eslint；pyproject.toml的 dev extras 裡也沒有 ruff／black）。monorepo 兩半標準不一致，這條成立，但加 linter 會動到程式碼風格，超出本次範圍。frontend/package-lock.json與 GitHub Actions，成立）。docs/只有images/、零.md，所以docs/README.md地圖不成立；零 tag 零 release，所以版本一致性測試沒有漂移對象（pyproject.toml0.1.0 與frontend/package.json0.0.0 目前對不上任何東西）；零外部 issue／PR，所以 ISSUE_TEMPLATE 與 AI 貢獻政策都不成立。
