Fixes from a review of v1.0.1. Each one was reproduced against v1.0.1 first: the new checks fail there (10 failures) and pass here.

Fixed

  • A skeleton page counted as an empty listing. README's own search command could exit 4 after 0 ms. empty now needs an explicit sign (the «Похожие объявления» heading). A page that just has no cards is waited for, and only after the full wait is it called empty.
  • The same after a proof-of-work. On the local route, a skeleton that followed the proof-of-work was called empty at once. The same fix covers it.
  • --out into a missing directory crashed and wrote no attempt metadata. The directory is now created for the output, the metadata and --dump-html.
  • solver_cost was always 0. 2Captcha returns the cost as a string. Found during the live check.
  • The item-mode log counter now respects --max-products.

Live, 2026-10-10 (?q=iphone+15 --pages 2)

  • Scraping Browser: 100 rows, exit 0. Both pages arrived as a skeleton first (ready after 500 and 1000 ms).
  • Local Chromium through the proxy: 100 rows, exit 0. Proof-of-work, then GeeTest: the first token was refused, the token from a fresh exit was accepted.

Checks

  • Offline suite: 550 checks, 0 failed. ci_checks.py --all passes.
  • Secret scan (range, full history), plus a search for the live credential values across the whole tree and the commit message: clean.
