Two defects confirmed from a third-party audit, each with a planted-fault control (both went red on the named check; suite green after restore).
profile_locked/pid advice to every connect error. Now chosen by cause (401, DNS, 500/locked, timeout, unknown) viapage_flow.cdp_failure_hint.write_json/write_csv/write_run_metatruncated the previous good file before writing.
