It is my understanding that the team is looking to add back a way for the drone to stay active/alive. Proposing a way for it hover as a way to solve for that (References below). Note this needs to be tested as I'm currently remote.

when the drone is sent tello.send_rc_control(0, 0, 0, 0) this takes it out of the mode where it will try to stay stationery and it will drift around the room
