CI and Release now use the published goneat-tools-runner-glibc v0.5.2 image (digest sha256:6f9e48b5…; goneat v0.5.16; Go 1.26.x). Local Makefile bootstrap matches. Direct pflag moves to v1.0.10. gofulmen and crucible stay at v0.3.5 / v0.4.12. No VERSION bump.
