The three merged PRs (#30, #31, #32) add up to a minor release, but the package and plugin manifests still say 0.7.0 and the changelog does not mention them. This bumps \package.json`, `.claude-plugin/plugin.json` and `.codex-plugin/plugin.json` to 0.8.0 and adds the 0.8.0 changelog entry: the pstack sync to 2cbf585, the restart-safe autopilot program objective, the Claude Code SessionStart hook, and the plan-check and worktree-audit hardening.Verification: `npm test` (294 pass) and `npm run check-package` pass locally on Windows with Node 24; version-integrity tests cover the three manifests.---`Agent: Claude Sonnet 5.5 via Claude Code
