[Suggestion] - Config for allowing chests to be opened when under a full block -- or barrels

Hi, is it possible to either add a config to make the chests openable when under a full block or maybe adding barrel versions of all the chests? I know it's the default chest behavior, but having an alternative would be great for making compact machine designs. There are lots of abandoned barrel mods, the only alternative for fabric seems to be "Reinforced Barrels" but it doesn't have the same upgrades as this mod.

I would exclude adding a config that overwrites the default chest behavior.
However, I could ideally integrate barrels and shulker boxes

I am afraid I do not have time to develop this feature at the moment.
However, if someone wants to submit a PR, I will be more than happy to merge it.
