feat: In-place Netherite Upgrades

It would be nice to have in-place netherite upgrades for chests.

To implement them in the same smithing fashion as other netherite upgrades, you could add a "Diamond to Diamond Upgrade" (glass on top and bottom rows, three diamonds in middle row), and then any "to Diamond Upgrade" can be upgraded to a "to Netherite Upgrade" on the Smithing Table.

(This seems simple enough to add that I could probably PR it...)
